Browser Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble donating, the issue might be related to your browser. When you contact us for help, we might ask you to do some troubleshooting to help us identify the cause of the problem.
Before you contact us, it's helpful if you've already taken these steps:
  1. Check that you’re using Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer, or Edge.
  2. Check that your browser is up to date. You should use the latest available version for your operating system.
  3. Open or log into our site in a different browser. If you don’t have the same problem, the issue is likely isolated to the first browser. If you contact us, let us know which browsers you tried.
  4. Open our site in a private or incognito window.
  5. Clear your cache. E.g.:
    • Chrome, Internet Explorer press CTRL + F5
    • Firefox CTRL + SHIFT + R
  6. Check that cookies and Javascript are enabled in your browser. Our system relies on these to help you browse our site.
  7. Reset your browser zoom settings to ensure you're not zoomed in or out. Use Ctrl + 0 (PC) or ⌘ + 0 (Mac).
  8. If you have other devices or connections available, like another computer or wireless network, try opening or logging into to our site with them. If you don't have the same problem, the issue may be related to the first device or connection.
